House Rules

Dear Guests!

In order to ensure that your stay is pleasant and your relaxation uninterrupted, please read our policy.

By using the accommodation, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions of the accommodation and undertake to comply with them and to be responsible for any damage caused by non-compliance with the terms and conditions. Compliance with the rules is compulsory for all persons staying in the apartment and any breach of the rules will result in immediate evacuation and, in some cases, may lead to a report to the authorities.

Log in:

 from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Access codes, exact address and access assistance will be sent by email the day before arrival. Please make sure you receive the email, otherwise please contact us by phone on the day of arrival (+36-30-406-0404)

Exit: 

please leave the apartment before 10 am on the day of departure. Please lock the door, make sure all personal belongings are put away and that all items belonging to the apartment are left in the apartment. The door opener next to the door is opened by a button and automatically closes after 2 minutes.

For an extra fee, it is possible to book earlier or check out later on the day of departure. However, in both cases, prior arrangement is required. It is possible to change the date depending on availability up to + 4 hours for a fee of 15.000 HUF. 

If you request daily cleaning, we can provide it for a fee. If you request a cleaning and bed linen change within 1 week, we charge 20.000 HUF per occasion. For stays longer than 1 week, weekly cleaning and change of bed linen is free of charge. 

After booking the accommodation online, the guest is obliged to send the details of the identity document to the accommodation provider so that the accommodation provider can make the mandatory reporting to the NTKA.

RECORD THE FOLLOWING DATA - VIA THE ACCOMMODATION MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE ON A STORAGE SPACE PROVIDED BY A HOSTING PROVIDER DESIGNATED BY GOVERNMENT DECREE.

  • surname and given name; 
  • surname and given name at birth; 
  • place and date of birth; 
  • gender; 
  • your nationality; 
  • mother's maiden name and surname; 
  • the identification data of the identity document or travel document. 
  • identification data from an identity document or travel document (for guests over 14 years of age). The accommodation may also record the above data for guests under 14 years of age on the basis of a declaration from a representative (e.g. parent, guardian). THE FOLLOWING DATA WILL ALSO BE RECORDED IN THE HOTEL'S MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE: 
  • the address of the accommodation service; 
  • the start and expected and actual end dates of use of the accommodation.

Payment terms: 

Please pay the total amount of the ordered services by credit/debit card at the time of booking or by bank transfer within 48 hours after sending the confirmation e-mail with the details of the booking (name, date of arrival). 

The amount transferred is considered a deposit. 

Individual requests will be agreed by email. 

The Guest undertakes to inform Elite House Apartments in writing of any cancellation, modification or any other change to the services ordered by him/her prior to the commencement of the service. 

1-4 days If you cancel your reservation for a period of up to 30 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded after deduction of an administration fee of HUF 5000. 

In case of cancellation within 30 days the deposit will not be refunded! 

5-14 days If you cancel your reservation for a period of 45 days prior to arrival at the latest, your deposit will be refunded after deduction of an administration fee of HUF 5000. 

In case of cancellation within 45 days the deposit will not be refunded! 

Elite House Apartments reserves the right to withdraw from the services ordered and confirmed by the Guest no later than 30 days prior to the commencement of the use of the services, by sending a written statement to the Guest, with the simultaneous return of the deposit paid by the Guest.  

All prices published by Elite House Apartments include VAT and tourist tax as provided by law. The prices are quoted in accordance with § 6 b) of the Joint Decree 4/2009 (I.30) NFGM-SZMM.  

Elite House Apartments reserves the right to change prices. 

The prices of the currently valid reservation and extra services will be communicated in the order confirmation. 

The current prices of Elite House Apartments can be found on the website (www.elitehouse.hu) or on the websites of the resellers (Airbnb, Booking).

The Service Provider and the Guest agree that the date of performance of the service provided (VAT tv. § 55 (1)) shall be the last day of the service actually used by the Guest.

If for any reason outside the control of Elite House Apartments you decide to terminate your stay earlier, we will not be able to refund your money. 

Smoking: 

Elite House Apartments is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace or outdoors using the ashtrays provided. This applies to all alternative tobacco products. In the event of any burns associated with smoking, the guest is liable to pay compensation for the damage.

Elite House Apartments is strictly pet-free.

Use of rooms, furnishings: 

Please use the furnishings as intended! Equipment and furnishings in the apartments, including kitchen equipment, remote controls, blankets, bed linen, etc., must not be taken out.

If you notice any malfunction, please contact us immediately at the contact details provided (+36-30-406-0404, info@elitehouse.hu) We cannot accept any subsequent complaints.

 Complaints:

 In the event of any complaints arising during the service, the Guest may lodge an objection in writing (e-mail) or by telephone up to the time of departure (+36-30-406-0404, info@elitehouse.hu)

Elite House Apartments shall investigate and respond to complaints within 5 days.

 Compensation: 

  • Elite House Apartments shall be liable for any damage caused by it in accordance with applicable law. If the guest fails to lodge a complaint on the spot, he/she will not be entitled to any compensation afterwards. 
  • The Guest is liable for any damage caused by him/her in accordance with the applicable legislation. The Guest shall be liable for any damage caused to the Service Provider or to third parties by himself or by his companion or by persons under the supervision of any of these persons. The damage caused shall be assessed after departure or, if notified, by mutual agreement. The fact of damage will be confirmed by photographs and sent to the guest. The amount of the damage will be calculated on the basis of the cost of restoration and the new purchase price of the equipment. By booking, the Guest declares that he/she has read, acknowledged and accepted the General Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a breach of the rules, the damage caused will be subject to an administrative procedure.

Parking rules: 

All guests are obliged to respect the correct parking regulations in the courtyard of Elite House Apartments, thus ensuring that they and other guests have parking spaces. Parking spaces are clearly signposted. Please park in the appropriate space.

Jacuzzi Use

  • A thorough shower is mandatory before use, thus reducing the entry of foreign substances and other contaminants into the pool. 
  • The maximum number of people in the pool is 4-5.  
  • Do not put your head under water for reasons of hygiene and because the circulator may be sucked in. 
  • Do not use the pool if the protective elements preventing the suction of body parts and hair are removed! 
  • Do not sit in front of or above the water filter opening, as this may obstruct water circulation and cause personal injury. 
  • When the pool is not in use, the safety thermo roof must always be closed!
  • The swimming pool is not open to outside guests and can only be used by guests of Elite-House Apartments.  
  • Do NOT enter the pool with a freshly suntanned body! 
  • The depth of the pool is 80 cm. 
  • Jumping into the pool is strictly forbidden and dangerous! 
  • Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent to use the pool. 
  • Using the pool under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other intoxicating substances is strictly FORBIDDEN! 
  • It is FORBIDDEN to eat or drink in the pool! 
  • It is strictly forbidden to bring glasses, glass, sharp objects, garden furniture into the pool! 
  • The pool area is wet and slippery and requires extra attention, please pay attention when entering and exiting the pool. 
  • Only the operator is authorised to operate the pool machinery. 
  • If the pool needs to be drained and refilled due to contamination caused by the Guest, compensation will be payable! Water replacement cost: 30.000 Ft. 
  • In the event of failure to comply with the above, the apartment operator is entitled to restrict or prohibit the use of the pool at its discretion. 
  • Please do not forget to close the pool cover at night! 
  • The swimming pool is chlorine disinfected, meets the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work (ÁNTSZ) and is fully functional.
  • The Jacuzzi is not for bathing, but for relaxation and massage, and is used accordingly.
  • You must wear a clean swimsuit when in the pool.
  • Children should not use the pool if the water temperature exceeds 37 degrees C. Do not allow children to submerge their heads under water.
  • Do not operate massage pool pumps with fully enclosed jets.
  • Pregnant women, people on medication or with circulatory problems should seek medical advice before using the pool.
  • The jacuzzi is in a hygienic condition for all arriving guests, with clean water properly chemically treated and disinfected! Please maintain this condition in your own interest.
  • Do not use any electrical equipment within 1.5 metres of the pool (e.g. lamps, hairdryers, phone chargers, radios... etc.)

Sauna House Rules

  1. Before taking a sauna, please read the recommended sauna use!

  1. Starting the sauna: -you can start the sauna directly from the apartment or by pressing the restart button in the sauna (please note that the sauna is already in operation when the red LED is on, you do not need to press the button).
  2. Sauna heating time is about 45-55 minutes. Please do not use the sauna during this time!
  3. Sauna operating time is 120 minutes with 1 switch-on.
  4. The sauna only starts when the door is closed. When the door is opened, the system detects inappropriate use.
  5. Use of sauna towels is obligatory - please place a sauna towel or towel on the sauna bench for hygiene.

(You can put your used sauna towel in the laundry basket provided.)

  1. You must use your own towels for showering.
  2. Beginners are advised to sit on the lower bench, where the temperature is lower.
  3. Always keep the sauna door closed. Leave the sauna door closed even after leaving the sauna.
  4. Sauna emergency stop: -in case of a fall or any other problem, please press the emergency stop button in the sauna.
  5. Pay extra attention to each other in the sauna and to the proximity of the sauna heater. The temperature of the sauna heater is high and can cause burns if touched or placed too close. 
  6. After using the sauna, do not leave any objects, sheets, towels or anything else in the sauna that has not been there before. 
  7. Do not place or leave anything on or near the stove. Pay particular attention to the risk of fire!
  8. The essential oils should be mixed with a little water and sprinkled on the stone.Continuous sprinkling is forbidden, the rising steam can cause an accident, and the larger amount of water will damage the sauna stove.
  9. Caution: - those suffering from cardiovascular diseases and those with problems with the thermoregulatory function of their body should avoid this form of refreshment.
  10. Sauna use is not recommended for children under the age of 12.
  11. The sauna shuts down automatically, no need to switch it off. 
  12. Always leave the sauna clean and make sure you leave it safely.

Lost values: 

We can keep any valuables left in your apartment for up to 7 days.

The host is not liable and cannot pay any compensation:

  • damage caused by natural disasters e.g. hail lightning
  • for inconvenience or damage caused by network breakdowns or malfunctions of public utility companies
  • for any accidents, personal injury or damage to property.

The host reserves the right to refuse to accept guests who misbehave or do not respect the house rules, and to immediately remove them from the accommodation.
